In 2023 my production company ThreePartFilms was really getting going. We were working on some documentary projects, producing commercials for local and regional companies and everything was looking up. In this pool of relationships we had built, one of those connections was Lat30. They are a regional marketing company that does some amazing work in our area.
They landed a deal with the St Joe company sub division Watersound to redesign some websites. Now Watersound is a premium home beach club and lifestyle club with amenities and other offerings that would blow most people’s minds. It’s fantastic to see all the benefits of being a club member. Through this deal that Lat30 landed we had a voice inside of the St Joe company to spread the word about what we do at ThreePartFilms. This was our open door.
After those conversations got around we got a call and began working with the team at Watersound Club, they are our latest video client. THEY ARE AMAZING! Every level of staff is friendly and easy to work with. They know what they want in their video products and it has been a pleasure every step of the way. Now in posting this in early 2025 we have been working with them since. On weekly newsletter videos into a season 2 currently, a recruitment video, a promo for their new golf course and more. We are blessed and thankful to be working with them and look forward to every shoot we have with them.
